The Great American Smokeout 2009 is today and a spokesperson for the Iowa Chapter of the American Cancer Society is interrogation smokers to take a some other approach to the yearly event. A-C-S spokesman Chuck Reed says they are reassuring smokers to use the day as a starting point to the end.
